I will bet a security deposit you have not received too many emails like this one concerning a security deposit report before. I want to COMMEND you and your company on the quality of the report you sent for my son’s apartment last month in Iowa City! This was the most thorough, clearly delineated, and FAIR report I have ever received! Case has an older sister who lived in apartments for 6 years in Iowa City while obtaining her JD degree, and NONE of them could compare in any way to your report this year. After seeing my son’s new apartment about a block east of your Telluride building, I chastised him for moving! I told him he was crazy to give up #302 in Telluride for the one he has now on South Gilbert. Oh well, at 20 years of age I too had a great deal to learn! Nevertheless, if anyone asks for a recommendation for an apartment in Iowa City, be assured that Telluride will be the ONLY building I will recommend in the Iowa City area!
